Using CostaDate

CostaDate is a platform for contact ads. CostaDate connects users but is not a party to arrangements users make with each other.

Age

CostaDate is intended for adults only. The 18+ section may only be used by people aged 18 or over.

Ads

The person posting an ad is responsible for its content and accuracy. Illegal, misleading, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited content is not allowed.

CostaDate may refuse, hide or remove ads when necessary for safety, quality or compliance with laws and regulations.

Photos

You may only post photos for which you have permission and the necessary rights. Photos of others without permission are not allowed.

Validity period

Ads are kept for a maximum of 90 days and then automatically and permanently deleted. If a paid ad has a different validity period, this will be clearly stated before posting.

18+ and paid offers

Private contacts and paid offers may be posted in the 18+ section. The advertiser is responsible for complying with all applicable local and national laws, permits, tax obligations and other rules.

CostaDate only provides advertising space and does not mediate arrangements or payments between visitors and advertisers.

Safety

We recommend meeting for the first time in a safe or public place and not sharing financial or sensitive information with strangers.

Liability

CostaDate cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or behaviour of users. Use of the website and contact with other users is at your own responsibility.

Payments

When paid advertising services are available, the price and validity period will be clearly stated in advance. A paid placement does not guarantee responses, contacts or results.

Changes

These terms may be changed when CostaDate or applicable regulations change. The current version is always available on this page.
